I think this is relevent to many of us here, especially anyone who plans to be running a service from inside a darkent (and that should be everyone that's running any service here).

So... where exactly are the differences between phantom and something like TOR or I2P with their hidden services ?

AFAIK that it has better throughput, and optionally direct node to node connections (without going through another node) for speed and throughput without anyone knowing it's the destination node(unless they control the entire network).

Also it's backwards compatible with ipv4, meaning apps dont need to be re-written to use.
