Site claims fees are %3, but it's closer to 4 or 5.

Do I fail at math some how?

Probably he's taking fees from POSSIBLE payout, not deposit.

Hi,

why are the payments in the "wrong" order. other than shown in your own list:

There are 2 missing payments, the deposits are only marked with "confirmed" instead of "paid out" and they are really not paid.

There is something with script. It shows transactions in wrong order on the site sometimes. But payments still correct according to blockchain timestamp.

There are a lot of transactions with the same timestamp (Blockchain has only seconds, no milliseconds).
So i expect, that the payments of the orders with the same timestamp would be in the same order like here in the list.
Only OP can maybe explain the difference?

i think its because of the transactions fee

No, there is a correct transaction fee. You can check this here: https://blockchain.info/tx/41ed2e6f80e0d345f72747a648895a3e664316cd36580c3e3025d3e8fac21c9a

Also the API has not. But you can use the time in millisecond for your selection:
Blocks for one day: https://blockchain.info/de/blocks/$time_in_milliseconds?format=json
See: https://blockchain.info/de/api/blockchain_api

But i am not sure, if this really helps. The other way round would be much more comfortable: Select with a hash and get the time in ms.

Is there any API? I didn't found.

This ponzi seems to be quite fair and with good feedback from OP.
Some guy wrote OP in twitter about payment he hasn't got but deposited with first investors and OP refunded from personal funds.

But indeed, this Ponzi seems to be one of the better ones ...
