How much money do you have to spend? I have many R9 280X rejects that pass 24-hour mining burn-in test, but not good enough for retail sale.

I'm interested in full working GPUs withouth issues (bad fans, broken fans, poor condition). but thanks for the offer. I have a 6950 if you're interested in it, It is a decent card for hashing I am US based so shipping shouldn't be much. Let me know.
