Can't withdraw BTC on Cryptsy

Is anyone else experiencing problems with withdrawing BTC or other coins from Cryptsy currently?

The withdrawal confirmation email - which you should confirm before the withdrawal is processed -doesn't hit my mailbox.  Now I've opened a ticket about this, and emails about replies to that ticket (from the very same emailaddress as the withdrawal confirmation email use to be sent from) do hit my mailbox.

Does anyone know how to fix this? The support staff said that I should change my emailaddress, but the email to confirm that doesn't hit my mailbox either. That person told me he/she could do that for me if I provided him / her with details of my security questions, but I don't think that's a good idea as those details give him / her full access to my account..

The support staff say it's because my mailbox doesn't accept the provider of such confirmation emails, called a mailgun or something.

However, I've Always received those emails in the very same mailbox, so that's strange.

I've contacted another support staffmember of Cryptsy and he/she did also told me to provide the answers to my security questions. So I think i'm going to do that and hope the 2-way auth- security will save my balance
