The support staff say it's because my mailbox doesn't accept the provider of such confirmation emails, called a mailgun or something.
However, I've Always received those emails in the very same mailbox, so that's strange.
I've contacted another support staffmember of Cryptsy and he/she did also told me to provide the answers to my security questions. So I think i'm going to do that and hope the 2-way auth- security will save my balance
