Bitmaszyna.pl exchange - 400 000 PLN (~ 100 000 USD) money laundering

Not sure if this wasn't posted here (search is down) but someone tried to launder 400 000 PLN, which roughly equals 100 000 USD using Polish exchange Bitmaszyna. He managed to buy unknown sum of BTC using illegal funds and in result bank account of some bitcoin sellers are blocked

Did he manage to get the bitcoins out of the exchange by the time they found out what was going on?

it will have as result that all the polish banks will avoid customers who are dealing with Bitcoin

Did he manage to get the bitcoins out of the exchange by the time they found out what was going on?

I was unable to find this exact information, but I suppose the answer is yes 
If he wouldn't I'm sure that exchange owner would comfort his customers that their bitcoins are safe which he didn't

Well that's unfortunate to hear. I hope the authorities solve the mess for the others as soon as possible.
