It depends on your viewpoint I guess. I heard from a guy here that faucets used to give out whole bitcoins in 2009-2010. If you believe bitcoin will get to $1000 or even $10,000, your faucet work today might profit you one day. Provided that you're prepared to hodl for a long time. Or maybe you could gamble your faucet profits with sites in the Gambling section. At least if you lose, you don't lose much.
Once upon a time, you can get 5 btc per claim on Gavin's faucet. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=183But don't forget you could easily solo-mine bitcoin with a CPU back then. Oh my god. So much regrets that I didn't find out about bitcoin sooner. Didn't all of us regret why we didn't learn about bitcoin and take it seriously earlier lol? I know I wish I would have looked into this earlier. I was too busy making pennies with PTC, etc to think this was anything more than a fad. My bad.

You can get 100 BTC with 24 000$ which means you will have 1 000 000$ if the price reachs 10 000$.

Sig campaings are the way to go, they dont pay much unfortunately but you just post regularly and get a bit of sats which is better than a faucet. Then you can use these in gambling and pray that you make it big sometime.
I'm waiting until I'm not a newbie to do that.

Make sure you are always watching market price. You probably already know that Bitcoin is very volatile.

How many bitcoins is $30? What's the fastest way to get them besides of doing some kind of work, etc?
$30 is a little less than 1/8 of a bitcoin. For that small of an amount you could use PayPal and go to virwox.com to purchase second life linders and then convert the linders to btc. But you'll lose a few bucks to fees/arbitrage variance. So for $30 you might get between $25-$28 in btc. Is there any other way to get it so I can get the whole $30 and have it go into my wallet? Might want to check out localbitcoins.com or post in the Currency Exchange subforum ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) Word of advice though - use an escrow service (there are a number of trusted users on the forum that act as escrow). It protects both you and the person selling the you the bitcoin.
