You should 1st know what is impression for an adnetwork . Ad networks count 1 unique IP visit as  1 impression for an ad within 24 hours of time .

earning depends on no of visitors and clicks per day you receive from visitors.
50 satoshi per 5 minutes doesn't sound good but if you increase claim time up to 1 hour and keep reward @ 600 sat then more people visit your faucet and more you earn .

Man take calculator in your hand and do calculation the calculator will tell you the answer that you can earn 1 bitcoin/month or not .
