this the cost to send ~$660 to canada is $65 so the sending fee would outweigh the benefits of getting the negative 2% rate. They do offer a 3 day option that costs $15 however this would still end up costing me money over bitstamp and I don't want to wait 3 days to get my bitcoin from escrow (and I doubt that you want to wait 3 days to get your money). If you are close to the US then I could sent walmart to walmart for $9.50
The rate I was thinking of was closer to minus 7 or minus 10 and I am not keen on paying transfer fees
