Okay, I know it was briefly discussed over a year ago and someone asked the similar question, "When are we going to see bitcoin related pitches on Shark Tank?"

I think it would be ground breaking.  But maybe the timing isn't right.  Who am I kidding?  Whoever seizes this opportunity is going to be rich!  It's gotta happen soon.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

It would have to be the right project that is already making money for them to invest.  Robert or Mark would probably invest, but the rest wouldn't "get" it, especially Mr. Wonderful. I think the killer app that a few people have tried but not successfully launched is a decentralized marketplace. Done correctly, it would challenge sites like eBay and Amazon. Something like that would really get their attention... eBay practically robs the consumer with it's 10% fee.

Also, Lighthouse (a decentralized kickstarter) is severely underrated. I think we'll see lighthouse take off this year, something like that would get their attention too.

That's cool about lighthouse.  Never heard of it til now.  First thing that comes to mind is volatility though.  A $1M fund raiser today might be half or double that tomorrow.  Regardless, lighthouse is important and I've bookmarked the site.  thx!
