For serious project on permanent basis are needed professional website designer/programmer to create, administrate and maintain company website.
To be considered, you must have:

- The ability to implement custom bitcoin payment system.
- Proficiency in creating database-driven web applications with SQL Server
- An understanding of relational database concepts
- The ability to prototype and implement advanced HTML and CSS

The successful candidate must:

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate initiative
- Be creative and able to think outside the box
- Be customer-service oriented
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
- Be willing to travel to attend off-site meetings and events

I am quite a good web designer and decent programmer.
I would suggest doing the steps separately.
Get someone do design a website and have it built by someone.
