Didn't understand quite right your question, I think you asked if this game have a chance of not having a winner?

That's not right, in the table there is a Draw# At the end of the round, from the pool, all the players will be paid out (ordered by that draw#) until there is no more btc left there, i'll add a video soon to explain it better

Yep you're right, if it ended right now, they would lose, although  one would get a consolation prize.

However, each time a new player enters, there's a chance the he would get a higher draw number, so it's not decided until the round ends. It's quite interesting as the draw number is generated by the TX

Sure! 

You just need to deposit, as soon as you do that you are given a random number.

When you do that, your deposit transaction has a TX Id. For example, the lucky person that just deposited:

0131  *But that is a hexadecimal number so we convert it to decimal = "305"

When the game ends, the players are paid out 135% of their deposit until the pool has not enough to pay the players, so that's why 75% win. Also the first to lose gets the remaining of the pool as a consolation price.
