so many people here willing to participate in obvious stolen credit card merchandise

quite sad..

What is SAD is that if you had a brain at all you would know it has nothing to do with credit card fraud, it's starbucks security that hasn't been patch for years. obviously Starbucks does not care. quick "smart"search on Google.

Which of course makes it as legal as me going into your house when your door is unlocked and taking your TV/stereo and of course bitcoins.

Your messed up big time, it's called fix your secturtiy and learn from your mistakes. Smart people don't leave there doors unlock unless your asking
To be robbed. Think about it and use your brain.

Even if you are "asking" to get robbed, it does not mean that the person robbing you is doing anything less illegal.

Every one of this guy's customers are risking criminal prosecution for receiving stolen property

If that were the case why has starbucks bit patch it over 5 yrs or more ...... What are you a cop/lawyer ?

It does not matter why Starbucks has not patched it yet. That is like asking why a robbery victim has not installed better locks to their house.

I am neither law enforcement nor an attorney, however I am familiar with the law anyone who buys from this guy (and actually spends money on the gift cards) is at serious risk of criminal charges, especially if they buy larger amounts of the cards

Just because security is not airtight (hint: It never is) doesn't give anyone the right to come in and take whatever they want. I bet you're one of those people who say that women who walk alone at night are asking to get raped. Smart women stay indoors (locked, duh) and never go out without escort.

...... What are you a cop/lawyer ?

Not a criminal like you.

You deal sounds very tempting tome, however I am not willing to go to jail over a $100 gift card.

Can you prove they were purchased legitimately?

This person is refusing to answer questions as to if the cards he is selling were purchased legitimately.

For anyone on here that's hesitant to buy from the OP, don't worry! I've been buying from him for about a week now and I can vouch for him in a positive manner. He's extremely quick once you send the payment. I haven't had any issues with him and I've bought about 12 cards from him by now.

He's a good guy and wants to take care of us. For those uneasy about the origins of his cards: I don't ask questions and I don't make assumptions.

Go enjoy your coffee addictions...

I find it very hard to believe you purchased $1,200 worth of coffee in under a week. You are either associated with the OP or are laundering money via the cards

It doesn't matter what I'm doing with them. No, I don't know the OP personally. I'm just vouching for him to lessen uncertainty among other users. He's on here to offer a digital good. If nobody wants them they should glance and move past. Why do they care what goes on? Apparently, a lot of users seem to be interested and my comments are meant for them.

As of 2nd week all 5 cards had gone zero. Sadly. He refuse to replace the cards. Not even 1.
I would not recommend to buy from this seller.

I'm sorry but your warranty length was 7 days from the date of purchase at the time and has expired when you contacted me about them.

Nice.

Warranty is clearly written on the first page. I don't hide it or distort it. It is very simple and clear. I only replace cards if it is still within the warranty period.
