No you didn't, we actually get signup's daily and we are always publicizing, so we are very in business and have been for 10 years.
The problem has arisen, and we have sent emails out to everyone who ordered Xen's in the past 3 days about it. We do NOT overload our server's, once they reach their maximum that's it, we don't add more VPS unit's to them, not for anything on this planet. We had made a new order last week of a new batch of node's since we were estimating being at our max by Fri. or Sat. with our current server's. We hit our max by the date we figured, but the server's that were supposed to be there Thu. got lost in shipping. We have been on the phone daily with our provider and tracked the batch down Sat. in California for some reason!
This is a major deal, we understand, we have a heavy Queue right now to setup. Though they were tracked down it has been a bear to re-ship, they didn't get re-shipped till Tue. and we just got 1 today and have maxed it out and waiting on the rest to come in.
As the email stated, all Xen order's are pending right now, the first ordered are first in line to be installed. Once installed the order will be activated, and not only will we give you these days back in next renewal date, but all that have been pending we are gifting 7 days to renewal date. So you will get 7 free days of VPS service once we activate the server, plus those days lost since your order.
Unfortunately we cannot control DHL and what happened, what we can do is compensate to our customer's for time lost. But we do not overload our server's so this is where we find ourselves.
I do wish you would have opened a support ticket on our client site though and asked us directly and we would have answered any problem's there. We also offer Live chat that you could have asked anytime, it is online and available Mon. - Fri. 9AM to 5PM Ohio time. That should show that we are still in business
A company that has been for 10 years won't just disappear overnight.
