3 days the service has been offline ... well, 74 days behind.

Not much communication, just a note about reindexing, about 5 days ago.

Anyone shed light on this?

We are in

We migrated all block explorers to a new hardware platform and re-designed the back-end.
At it's peak there were over 50 wallets indexed for blocks and rich list where being calculated.

As you can imagine this a very CPU intense process.
