If I create an amazing new coin with great USP and premine it all, can I sell it on my website or is it illegal in some way? I've not discovered any sites doing this and I'm wondering why. All sales would be made with BTC.

no one gonna buy your shitcoin for exact amount of $ if there is nothing to gain.

What would buyers/investors gain?

or you just trying to rip people off in direct way?

not giving away the USP here. Just want to know if there's any reason I can't sell the coin online. I don't want to hide behind exchanges.
