Can you replhrase the question ? Can't you just use exchange sites like bitstamp and btce to trade with market manipulation by insta selling and buying ?

If you buy and sell bitcoins in an exchange like bitstamp, you only have a small yield;
but
if you invest in a binary option like btcoracle.com, you can receive 50% for a small variation of the price, and
if you invest in market.com you have a leverage of 20.
These two last exemples show how you can make fast money (But I know that there are risks).

I am looking for other websites with a larger leverage or something other with a large (potential) yield.
