Is it illegal to import cigarettes?

not illegal because they cant prove you ordered them but they might get seized by customs

Actually even importing drugs isn't illegal, as they don't have proof of you ordering them.
But if they do find out, they could tap you in future to monitor your activity.

it is not illegal in certain countries, but it might be illegal in the states. You should consult your import laws for this.

In my country its legal to import cigarettes ,but with high taxes.
US cigarettes has low nicotine , not like other country.

The illegality of them will likely come from not paying the appropriate taxes on them, though some countries may have restrictions on chemicals/ingredients (if you can call them that) in the cigarettes. In the uk you can import them but if they get stopped at customs or the border you'll have to pay the import taxes on them which will likely defeat the purpose of buying then in the first place.

If it is illegal to import cigarettes, there is only one reason. It's because government people make it illegal. That's it, period.

We need to learn how to stop being part of the government so that their illegal things don't apply to us anymore. Governments have limitations. Those limitations begin where we are harmed by their lack of limitations.

Take your boat to Cuba and buy some Cuban cigars. Come on back with your boat, and go ashore outside of some port with your cigars. They might claim you did something illegal, but you were only exercising your rights, and you harmed nobody.
