You lack the most important information. How much free electricity do you have? If it is unlimited then you should just get the Antminer S1.

This is correct, just to add as difficulty can not be predicted, better to count with increase and then your income will be lower in the future.
If you will go and buy newest miner then you can sell it after couple of month to help ROI )

The only price i have had with "free" electricity was student housing.  It is only place I have had electricity included in a fixed rate.

If you are doing this in parents house I would talk to them first as they will definitely see this amount of usage raise electricity cost.

yeah 'free' power  is many time not so free or the fact is limited free power is more like it.

I have up to 800 watts of limited low cost power ..     I am running 2 s-3's at freq 312 getting  840gh at 640 watts.    cost is 2.4 cents a kwatt.

even with this deal and those 2 units running since july 25th   they have lost usd fiat due to btc price drop. they have made btc profit

  since they still pay more in a month then the power I run them.
