There is, Xapo pay the fees for 0.0001BTC. You can look transaction history on the receiver address.

I think the minimum amount that you can send is around 800 satoshis. SO you will have to send 1 satos to multiple addresses to bring it to that level.

Such spam will result in the blockchain getting bloated.
