I created a wallet file locally and wrote down the address.

Then I moved that wallet file onto a secured location and erased it locally.

I've been mining bitcoins and transferring them to that address.

Now I noticed that two transactions were made to transfer money from that address to some other address, but I never initiated it

Any idea how that can be?

If it's a hacker, he would've cleared your address.
