These providers pay different (less) than the regular providers?


There are good reasons to receive the money anonymously.
E.G. for ads on a Gripesite. In the U.S., the operation of a Gripesite is less dangerous than in Germany.
Companies can request money without a court order.

The German government can put you in jail for insulting Germany:

You'll find it all right, if someone can be punished for insulting, defamation etc.?
Remember, in the U.S. this is mostly civil law (money for the Victim). In Germany, this is criminal law (a fine or jail, and money for the government [right, the government gets money when somebody insulted or slandered you]).
You are insulting a dead man? Punishable under Criminal Code 189.
