No you can't download it from the Google Play Store. It's against Google's non-compete terms to upload a competing market application to their market. Also none of the applications using Skubit's bitcoin IAB could upload to Google's Play Store since that is also considered competitive to their payment system (their official stance is that having options would confuse the customer). So to use bitcoin, we really have to create a smaller ecosystem separate from the Play Store. The Skubit AppStore is a shot to finally do that.
