I dont recieve 2fa sms nor call. So i cant log in to my wallet and dont know how to fix that. Xapo dont answer more than 24h.

Belongs in Service Discussion.

Anyway, try using a different browser or a proxy, or both at the same time.
And make sure that you're using the right credentials.

If it doesn't work, complain to them Smiley

I just checked my account on xapo. The SMS arrived in seconds and I logged in.
So I guess that's only a glitch between xapo and your carrier.

Thank you mates, i will try to figure something out. I did not change mobile number nor email and tried to contact xapo support but noone answer. I just dont get that sms. Is possible to use google auth or something? Sorry i use this thread but idk how to move it.

Check that your phone have enough free space for new SMSs.
Also, check that the phone number and country code is correct.

I had a similar problem.

now i tried and i can received sms
that problem is about you

Thank you mate, it is all solved now. Support contacted me and fixed things so now all works fine. There was some minor problem with xapo sms service and my mobile operator but support solved problem within few days.
