More likely over $300 than under $200 but anything can happen.

Reasons?

1) Closer to $300 than $200

2) So much good news (I know, I know, good news is supposed by some to drive the price down) and media exposure

3) Price trend has been up since high-volume capitulation mid-January

4) Month-end influx of fiat revenues from rents, salaries, pensions, dividends, etc.

1) Closer to $300 than $200

It takes more USD to increase the price than it takes to decrease the price.
BTC becomes more expensive on the way up, and cheaper on the way down.

but sometimes the moves are predictable(for example, the pump and dump of the moon countdown)
