Trust:   1: -0 / +5(5)

What do each of these numbers mean, and what makes you default trust vs trusted?

Thanks!  But my other question is what does it take to become default trust?  I am trusted by someone who is the first depth

You aren't. You are trusted by someone on the second depth, which makes you third depth and not a member of the default trust list.

Isn't philipma1957 first depth?

Being trusted by someone and being on someone's trust list are two independent things. Being trusted by someone generally means that you have done business with the person before or you have witnessed them do something that makes them trustworthy.

Being on someone's trust list means that the person whose list you are on values your opinion enough to agree with your trust ratings.

For example I gave you positive trust because you repaid a loan I gave you with collateral securing the loan. However I really do not know you therefore I am unable to gage your opinion enough to value it.

In other words your opinion needs to be valued enough by someone on level one default trust (someone who is on DefaultTrust's trust list) so that they add you to their trust list.

Now it makes sense, thank you
