It probably depends on the price of bitcoin. All these mining companies were set up when the price was 600-800 USD and estimated a 20 - 30 % fluctuation.

they said they are closing their cloud mining because of low bitcoin price

They have this switch button that you can turn off to resume cloud mining. However, I wouldn't suggest doing that now (and they also warn against it), as you will go negative.
