Not sure how many have been paying attention but Mazacoin is now the number 2 coin for network hash behind Bitcoin and I suspect one of the reasons for this is now after a year of FUD and drama, the tribe has finally voted to support the coin, this makes it the first cryptocurrency whose developers are working in direct tandem with a sovereign government to further its development and use.

If you need further proof google Jake Little and his position on the tribal council and you'll find on his Facebook he has been conversing with Payu

In a sea of shitcoins and scams I feel Maza should be getting more attention.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I guess I fibbed lol, eMark has overtaken it today

http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency?sort=hashrate&dir=desc

But for the last almost 2 weeks Maza has been number 2, at one point it had 400-500 TH/s for a few days.

Jesus christ just today I had a dream about Payus. I bought my Mazacoin in what seems now ages ago, lost a lot of money (not a lot tho, but 0.15, felt bad..)
I hope this goes somewhere. Always thought it had potential so never sold it.

The Difference is UNB will be dead in a few days, Maza has a long future ahead of it. Miners are agnostic and will mine whatever is profitable, whether it's legit or a P&D.

MZC price has dropped quite a bit in the last week.

A reality check.

Still a lot of speculation about what is going to happen with it. The people managing it as "a national currency" are acting a lot more responsibly than the runners of other national crypto currencies. Still, it either gets accepted and used widely, or it doesn't.

If it never catches then it will slowly dwindle and wither to zero.

If it does catch on it could be one of the most valuable "national" currencies.

The U.S. dollar is slowly converting itself into shit. Not long now til you will need gloves to handle dollars. Banks will need extra employees to spray deoderant on their stacks of money. If your garden is not doing well, you will be able to bury some greenbacks in the soil and people will say "that garden is really doing well, but why does it smell like shit"?

I am one of the people whose ranting forced the original Maza thread to moderate and close but I am glad there is a new thread. Those of us who live in the occupied territories look forward to one day being able to ignore the gangster mafia whose money and guns have spoilt a once great land.

After hundreds of years of terrorism they seem to follow the Christian notion that if you steal something eventually it becomes yours. The occupiers own nothing except their own pollution. One day the great land will be free again.
