why do you want to buy paypal account when you can create your own new account ? i thinks its aggainest paypal policy to sale accounts

why? anybody can verify their account with a bank account or credit/debit card

i'm sure even people in antarctica can verify their paypal accounts

i thought it only takes like 5 mins to verify, with some electric bill etc.
