Why are some P2SH addresses listed as unrelated standard addresses?

Why do BitInfoCharts and BitcoinRichList list some P2SH addresses as seemingly unrelated standard addresses?

For instance the currently richest address as listed on both sites is: 19KJZ5aqWnrrCaNAS5Pbd4uknPFBxjALRt
Yet when you look this address up, it was never involved in any transaction at all and further 'investigation' reveals that the actual address is 3A1KUd5H4hBEHk4bZB4C3hGgvuXuVX7p7t.

So why exactly is a seemingly unrelated address listed. Is there any correlation or is that some kind of bug?

To convert Hash160 into address, you need to know if it has been used in P2SH transactions or not.
