Is it truly random? Is there enough entropy? Is it hacker proof? Will my bitcoins be safe in the generated account for at least 2 months? (So that after that, I'll move them to a safer address)?

"maybe"

I would split my coins across multiple paper wallets created by multiple methods/systems.

You create some entropy at the beginnng by moving your mouse or typing random letters. And yeah since it's client side and open source I think you can trust it.

Since it's address/wallet created in client side it's partially safe Smiley
But, if you gonna use it for a long time you better consider better bitcoin client like BitcoinCore / Armory
