If somebody in the default list leaves negative trust, it is a red flag to everybody.

I learned this lesson using the example of oscarftw too.
Beware of oscarftw. He seeks your confidence and increases the loan.
If it has reached the summit, he no longer pays back.

Maybe he paid back also, then he will ask you kindly to delete your negative feedback about him. Don't do it.

He hasn't been responsive on Skype.

From a friend of his, he claims to be having Border/Custom/Immigration issues of some sort and said that he is trying to sort everything out.

I hope this is the truth and I hope that he comes forward and makes a statement or at the very least responds back on skype.

You don't have to have traded with someone to leave feedback if there's good evidence of a scam or strong suspicion one is going to be committed. If it wasn't for people leaving these sorts of feedback there would be a whole lot more scams going on around here.
