It depends, if people charge you 15% of original price, you can use this formula

X = price of BTC * (1+Interest)

Your-money-usd / X = Amount of bitcoins you'll get depending on the % of interest, do not forget that the Interest should be in absolut value not in %.

Oh, I'm not sending first to anyone.

I just figure that this person's problem is that (for reasons I won't pry into) they cannot transfer their Skrill into their BoA account. I could do that for them in the time it takes for Skrill to transfer to my account (And the following BoA direct transfer is instant).
