split my hash power knc titan

Hello guys!! I'm triyng to split the hash power of my titan in two part (50/50) and send one part to pool A and other to pool B.

For example:
                          50%   ___Pool A
                       _______|         
Miner 100% -----|_______
                          50%   |__ Pool B                           
                                 
It's possible? Someone can help me?
