I'm thinking to start up an investment program where there are 2 different products
1) Monthly cycler
This will give you 45% of your investment amount every month, up to 3 months.
E.g. if you invest 100USD, you will get 45USD in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd month after investment. So you will get 135% back in total
2) Weekly cycler
This will give you 10% of your investment amount every week, up to 12 weeks
E.g. if you invest 100USD, you will get 10USD for 12 weeks after investment. So you will get back 120% back in total.

Notes
Currency : As this is a BitCoin forum, all investment will be converted to USD based on Mt. Gox rates. The payout will be convert from USD to BTC based on Mt Gox rates before sending back to the investors. Investors will be notified of the effective USD that they have invested.

Guarantee Protection : 50% capital guaranteed if the investment fails. 99% this wouldn't happen but if that 1% happens, I'll pay back all investor 50% (regardless how much they have earned for with my own money).

Min and max amount : Minimum 20BTC to a maximum 100BTC.

Reinvestment : Once the BTC is sent, it's considered as a package. Any additional, e.g. wants to invest more, will need to separate as a different package and the rules of min and max amount applies. An investor can have multiple packages.

Deposit & Withdrawal : all will be processed manually. Once the BTC is sent and confirmed, it is considered that the package has been bought and the investment starts. Withdrawals will be only when the funds matures (e.g. weekly or monthly) and allow 24hours for it to be sent out.

Cancellation : All cancellation of packages will only return the capital. E.g. if you invested 100USD on monthly cycler and you received the 1st, 2nd month payment, only 10USD will be returned to you. If you received more than the capital and you request for a cancellation (I don't see the reason why you do that), no more payment will be made to you.

Above is the plan that I have in mind. Appreciate if anyone can give me any comments before I attempt to make this an reality.
Also, I'm not sure am I on the right forum to post this. If not, kindly move to the right one.
Regards

I'm not clear on how your making a profit. Are you expecting the value of BTC to increase more than your payout?

Cheers

I'll be using them to do trading & investments.
As mentioned, all BTC will be converted to USD when investing and will be converted back to BTC when payoff to investors. So it will not be affected by the BTC rates.

You can move it yourself to Lending/Securities subforum depending if you're using GLBSE for this. Lending subforum if you're not issuing shares.

Are you willing to identify yourself to your investors? How would we know that if we're actually in the 1% and not you making a run for the money? A 35% for 3 months with the risk of ( A) defaulting B) legally defaulting of 50% total capital  ) is too low and not on par with what others offer. See the Lending/Securities  subforum for the 'Standard Procedures' that others use.

Good points, John.
Points noted. Let me think for awhile first before I reply.
