It should work like this :

Customer buying 1 BTC code equilavent with current BTC rate (integrated with blockchain API to check current rate every 10 min) then submit payment and receive code. Code later can redeem on link provided and later BTC automated send to assigned wallet address.

BitPay has a module for prestashop. However you need to verify your real name/addresses with your documents. Their site: https://bitpay.com/bitcoin-for-ecommerce
They also accept converting and sending the money to your bank account automatically.
