Cointellect purchase contract system using btc

Hi, does anybody know cointellect purchase contract system work

It create a btc wallet address , it also gave time limit around 2 hour. What happen if payment is not received after two hour
And what happen if payment is in the middle of confirmation then 2 hour window already pass.

My friend just buy a contract but the payment confirmation ( pending ) took very long which pass 2 hour window.
Then when it is confirmed the contract is not bought. They should gave some option like paypal when you can input the payment transaction id or somethin...
Is there something we can do ?

You should first try to contact Cointellect. The're the one who knows the answer.

Personally, I wouldn't buy any contract of Cointellect.

stay away from hash mining. its not profitable. better to just invest in something else

That's the problem I've been trying contacting them but there is no reply from them since yesterday.

But the problem is the btc already sent and confirmed transaction hash is clear, and Cointellect state something wrong with the payment.

Personally, I wouldn't buy any contract of Cointellect.

Giving your -ve trust due to both of you being labelled as Ponzi promoter by trusted users, your comments could be understood also as a way to build other confidence in your advice to maybe scam them later. However, I suggest people to never put in cloud mining more bucks than those they are willing to lose.

I can understand your friend bought a contract from Cointellect with his own BTC, right? In this case if you put a too low Tx fee the tfme required for payment confirmation will exceed the window allowed for the sale. Cointellect advised people to contact their support in such cases; so, You should contact them about the issue.
Next time don't be like Uncle Scrooge and put a bigger fee on your transactions.

it would also help if people just did as they are told & contacted the right party when something goes wrong, instead of spamming bitcointalk with new & useless threads
