Develop A Slogan For Backed


Bounty: 0.25 Bitcoin (~$58 USD at the time of this writing)

Suspense Date: Wednesday, February 4th 12 Noon PST

Explanation:

Here's the deal, we need a better slogan and we know it.

We need your help. Create an awesome slogan for Backed, win this contest, and the Bitcoin bounty of 0.25 BTC is all yours. To enter, create an account on Backed and add your entry to the comments. Alternatively you can also vote for your favorite slogan by pressing the back button (the plus icon next to comments, posts, etc.).

If you're not sure what we mean by 'slogan', then check out this list of 77 slogans to get a bit of a better idea.

A winner will be chosen from among the top voted comments by the Backed staff.

The contest will end one week from today at 12 Noon PST.

Eligibility:

To be eligible you must create an account on Backed and provide a valid Bitcoin address (so we can send you Bitcoin if your slogan/entry is chosen). Only one account per person can be used for this bounty contest.

Rules:

Each account can put in a maximum of 3 entries.

The bounty will be paid out in Bitcoin (0.25) after a winner is announced.

UPDATE:

Some people are having issues registering with Hotmail email addresses. A fix is being worked on but it might not be resolved right away.

So, the rules have been update to allow submissions here on this Bitcointalk thread as per Small's suggestion.

Sorry your having problems. Can you tell me what you saw? Was it a 500 error or did the email just not show up?

It you just didn't receive the email then check your spam folder, there's a good chance it's there.

Otherwise you can send me an email at contactbacked@gmail.com and I'll look you up and confirm your account manually for now.

I may need to make some changes to the confirmation emails we're sending out for them to be accepted by hotmail, as the problem seems to only be manifesting itself there.

I'll post an update here once I've fixed the problem.

Reddit is the 9th most visited website in the United States, and most people are familiar with it. It shares a similar concept with backed.io - being able to support those who create quality content.

Sorry about registration being down, I was making a few updates that required taking it down for a short period. It is back up now, and to be eligible you need to post it to Backed.
