I am not sure about this exchange, but that shouldn't be a problem I think.
there are loads of traders trading for bitcoin, and Virwox, probab;y still work(however they cahrge a large fees).

Yes we are registered in europe. Thats why we can use sepa .

We user user controlled wallets and we verify every user by mobile and id.

What ubeing (founder) is trying to say is that we do have user controlled wallets, but atm we dont have a public reserves system (as most exchanges)

lets wait for admin reply, but as what I experienced, my withdrawal was instant, no more than 5minutes.

The withdraw is done manual. It takes up to 48hrs max

Site categorically refuses send OTP code. Tried all my numbers and numbers friends (even from other countries) - no result.
Write that sent OTP code but in the end it does not come. 
In profile settings in the "Contact number" I enter my phone number 814791****, choose "United States (1)," but when I click on the "Update" button disappear first two digits, and it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/JscJOh5.png

Did they increase the minimum deposit? I have deposited in this site via paypal some time ago, and it was less than $10.
