Didn't paypal start to suspend accounts involved in bitcoin trading? What is your game plan with paypal, do they know you run an exchange?

UCI is a registered company, thus we offer UCIEX as an exchange linked to the company

Our Paypal allowance lets us offer a two-way PP exchange for any member in the world, and also wire and SEPA transfers among other options

Any way of verifying reserves and do you use user controlled wallets?

What ubeing (founder) is trying to say is that we do have user controlled wallets, but atm we dont have a public reserves system (as most exchanges)
