Strato's ASIC Optimization Guide
How to increase your ASIC Hashrates by up to 15% over "Standard" Setups
By: Stratobitz

<<< RELEASE DATE FEBRUARY 14TH, 2015 >>>

We're excited to announce that we're putting the finishing touches on our ASIC Optimization Guide for miners running small to medium sized ASIC Farms (>5TH).

Through months of tests; mining at different pools; and utilizing various setups and configuration-- we've found and have thus documented a setup which for our farm, achieves nearly a 10-15% increase on 24hr average hashrates, as well reducing stale and rejected shares.

38 Bitmain's Antminer S3+ Units Before and After Results:

Using the standard setup of setting your pool, worker, and password in the AntMiner Control Panel:  17.35 to 18.75 TH (24 Hour Average)

Using the setup we've put together: 19.60 to 21.00 TH (24 Hour Average)

We'll be posting the step by step guide; including download links to all required software, as well as a video tutorial; on or before 2/14/15.

Why feb14? still testing? is it only for one manufacturer? does it increase power requirements?

I'll likely release sooner; but am giving myself time to get it packaged together and have the video made.

I picked 2/14/15 because it's two weeks out, and it's Valentines Day Wink

Lastly; we are currently running the setup on Windows 7, and are going to try to implement the same setup using a VirtualBox Linux Machine to see if that even further increases performance.

No there's no increase in power consumption whatsoever- it is entirely software based.

Cheers!

Huh We don't need a preannouncement to a guide, just post it when there's actually some content here.
