Would the community/Devs be interested in setting up a Social Media Action Campaign at Promoplugs.com? It lets you declare actions on twitter and facebook (like tweet, retweet, follow, like), tracks the actions and the user who completed it, and then allows the dev to payout either for every action or raffle style (each action is a submission into the raffle) For an example see: XCL's current campaign: http://promoplugs.com/Campaign.aspx?CID=93It should get a good buzz going around the relaunch, and can be used to get on exchanges by unifying the communities voice in petitioning. Since I'm a supporter of UCoin, I'd gladly my service for free! =)

To go with X11 was smart decision. I decided to buy more. It is interesting to me how easy everything goes here with this dev. Coin already support features that only few coins have but without too much talk. In the other hand dev needs to have proper marketing team because without that all of this will pass by the people who don't want to investigate more. When some other coin was about to get all of those features there was hounded of pages here on this forum where people talked about that. With this coin that was not the case. Sometimes it is not enough to be good programmer, or to have best product on the market, promotions and a good team is what's needed around this dev.

Hi, any! News:- Block reward in USnake increased from 0.5U to 2.5U.
- Exchanger updated(added unit displays UCoinX15 block number).
How to swap old coins ?
If your coins are on C-CEX, they will be exchanged automatically. If not, then you should use our exchanger(to exchange coins, you should register in web wallet). To go with X11 was smart decision. I decided to buy more. It is interesting to me how easy everything goes here with this dev. Coin already support features that only few coins have but without too much talk. Thanks for you support. Unfortunately, I am not good in marketing and I don't have much free time, but I hope for the community, and if anyone has ideas for advertising, I will be glad to listen and implement.

This UCoin relaunch(old version based on X15-algo). Premine will be used that would UCoinX15-holders could exchange coin to UCoinX11.

Why double the total supply? And is the swap from old to new 1:1?
And has C-Cex already done the swap or can I still send coins there?

Increase volume of PoS(PoS interest has also been increased). Volume of PoW reduced almost in half. I think that in this case the exchange of 1:1 is honest. I'm waiting forward from C-CEX, he promised to upgrade the daemon and exchange coins today.

@ocminer: could you please fix the Suprnova UCoin X15 (old one) pool? It seems to be on a wrong fork again (differs from official UWallet's chain), I suppose it needs to be re-synched (hopefully the last time )... According to the Dev, the old x15 UCoin still could be mined for a week now, in parallel to the new x11 one!

Hmm ... the same address = all the devices sync their data. for example, If I send a little coin on the web wallet then I can confirm on my Mac wallet. like real world bank account.

There are two suprnova pools and they are on the old and new blockchains. You just have to be aware of what you are doing and it depends on which suprnova pool you are sending from.
The web wallet is on the UCoinX11 block chain
so if you send from ucoin.suprnova.cc to the web wallet right now you are NOT going to receive your coins. You need to use the exchanger.
if you send from ucoinx11.suprnova.cc to the web wallet you WILL receive your coins.
It's pretty simple but it is also easy to make a mistake.

I really doubt it... What you wrote above on two Suprnova pools (x11 and x15) and possibility to mix things up, is completely true. But I am not sure you will get your coins even if you send them now from Suprnova X15 pool to correct x15 wallet address or to UCoin Web wallet's exchanger. I already wrote that multiple times here, but the issue does not seem to be resolved - Suprnova x15 pool is most probably on a wrong fork! It shows wrong current block and wrong difficulty... And I am almost sure if you send coins from Suprnova x15 pool, they WILL be lost. I have some coins there myself, and I am still waiting for Suprnova to be synched, to send my coins to exchanger... If ocminer checks this thread, it would be nice to get some info from him.. Otherwise, I would strongly advise not to make transfers from Suprnova x15 until the issue is fixed! If anyone was able to successfully transfer coins from Suprnova x15 in last few days, please speak up! ------------ With x11 things go really smooth indeed. I hope those x15 chain dis-synchronisation issues will be disappear together with switching to new blockchain! ---- EDIT: corrected the post above. In some places there was x11 written instead of x15..

@goodtodeclare I did the same mistake not looking that there is new wallet based on X15, so about 5080 ucoins send to Uwallet never arrived. What I m doing now is re synching with latest X15 wallet maybe they will be back but there are small chances for that to happen.

I would like to point out again that the "UCoinX15 current block:" listed on the exchanger page is incorrect and hasn't changed all day. Maybe the problem will end up being on the exchanger end of things.

Does your coin need a multipool? Getting a multipool for your coin will create buy pressure on exchanges. And it will allow people with mining power to get more coins for their hashrate. If you are interested, then take a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=932225.0Have a nice day!

UCoinX11 had 250K premine for bounties and other costs (payment servers, etc.)

Github Windows Folks, I am really sorry to write about this again, but old x15 block chain doesn't seem to work again... After reading several posts about successful transfer from Suprnova to exchanger, I finally went ahead and transferred the remainder of my UCoin Suprnova balance to exchanger address. Guess what?... Almost 24 hours passed.. no coins arrived. And now there is a deadline for exchanging in 24 hours..? Why? How could one exchange the coins, if they are lost in the way to exchanger..? It was not a small amount btw..

Its sorted! ocminer is the man! Not sure what he did exactly, but my coins arrived (I suppose he resynched the blockchain and re-send the coins again in a separate transaction). So now Suprnova is in sync with exchanger and x15 wallets! I am becoming ocminer's fan On a separate topic: the web wallet design is very nice and clean. Looks and works great. Sometimes just I see few Chinese or Japanese (or maybe Korean??) symbols here and there , which leads me to a conclusion our dev is from one of those countries

Windows wallet is crashed and wont open back up for me getting this 1) Check time and date on you computer. 2) Delete folder UCoin(backup wallet.dat if required) in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming (most likely there were files from UCoinX15). P.S.: This is UCoinX11 or UCoinX15 wallet?

I think he means you were missing a zero in the OP >>85000-11499(24 for even blocks, 16 for odd) should be 85000-114990 (24 for even blocks, 16 for odd)

I am becoming ocminer's fan On a separate topic: the web wallet design is very nice and clean. Looks and works great. Sometimes just I see few Chinese or Japanese (or maybe Korean??) symbols here and there , which leads me to a conclusion our dev is from one of those countries You can make a screenshot displaying symbols? Also, I'm not from East Asia . I checked it more carefully on different browsers (I am using many browsers on different devices.. ). The Chinese/Japanese symbols are displayed only on the Android 2.3 Samsung device on its native browser and Dolphin browser on the same device... All other browsers are showing either correct symbols, or no symbols at all. This was happening on the icons which you use on the web-wallet: "glyphicon" icons are displayed normally on all devices except that Android 2.3 device; "fa" icons (that is "Font Awesome" I guess), are displayed correctly on most browsers, but on some browsers (on Android 4.x) show just empty space (no icon). In any case, this is not really serious issue. The Web Wallet is very nice as I said already, the only place which could be improved, is the "Help"->"Terms of Service". The text there is not really English.. . I can help to correct that if you want (just improve the wording), but English is not my native language too, so I can correct only to the best of my knowledge

Looks much better. Just please re-check the bolded part. Not clear what is meant. Probably should be either " or distribution" or " and distribution", or " and will be distributed", depending on what is the supposed meaning. " or distribution" is probably the most appropriate option, what do you think?

This is rather confusing.
Is this coin an X15 coin or an X11 coin.
I along with others have been mining this coin on a pool for a number of weeks now: AN X15 Pool.
What is C-CEX.com on, an X15 Ucoin or an X11 Ucoin.
I have lost thousands of coins today because of this confusing baloney, and I am not happy as a result. We were loading X15 U coins into C-CEX for months with no issues, and now coins are going into oblivion. Pretty pissed right now.

That would be frustrating to lose coins of course but how did you manage to ignore the two weeks of announcements leading up to the swap being complete? It was announced on January 25th in the X15 thread and completed on Feb 4th. It was a well managed swap compared to others I have been involved in.

There are pools today CoinKing.io in particular that are still mining as an X15 coin with active users. I am one of them. If this has switched to X11 this is a dead blockchain now. Truckloads of work wasted.

I have only heard about the pool in passing but it sounds to me that the coinking pool operator is who you should be upset at because it sounds like their miners count on them to keep track of this stuff for them and they dropped the ball by not keeping track. Suprnova on the other hand was aware of the swap and very helpful to users that were having problems. Not trying to belittle your situation. I do have sympathy for it. I just don't know if there is anything you can do at this point and from my perspective the UCoin dev did a good job with the swap. Sorry

I'm not sure if you can do something with the coins already sent to c-cex address, but you could contact c-cex and ask them to give you the private key of your c-cex ucoin x15 wallet, so you can restore it on local wallet and get the coins. Most probably they will find a reason for not doing that (c-cex support is not the most friendly one), but it is worth to try, as this is viable option. I asked this once (for anothr coin), and they were very close to doing that (they didn't do it as situation was resolved other way that time). For the coins still remaining in the coinking.io wallet, you can contact ucoin developer - he said he will do manual coin exchange for some time for users like you who missed the window to swap coins. Wish a good luck to you.

I had been mining these coins all week, now they are useless.... And all my x15 coins are stuck on the coinking.io server wallet, I am unable to enter an address to get them into a local wallet.... I'm scared now to even mine x11 being that I can't put any wallet addresses on my pool... Am i missing something or is there a fix to this?

I checked the coinking.io site, and I have to tell, they are really bad at following the coins they mine! There are many coins listed with active pools which have PoW finished long time ago! Just for example - KingdomCoin (PoW finished months ago), Magnetz (long forgotten scam coin), SterlingCoin (PoW finished about month ago, Noocoin (not sure if it ever had PoW, but now its pure PoS for long time already), there are definitely many others too. The site owners don't follow coin threads, don't update pools, so you have to be very careful working with such pool! The pool itself has great GUI and development team, but its very badly managed (I mined there for short time, so I know what I speak about - even their miltipool switching algorithms are wrong, and profit statistics is inflated). Now about the problem itself - you have to resolve it with coinking.io support, as they created this mess. They just blindly moved the UCoin from x15 pool list to x11 pool list, thats why you cannot set the x15 address. You have to make them add the UcoinX15 wallet back (have two wallets, like Suprnova pool owner did), so you can withdraw your coins. EDIT: BTW, if you still have your coins displayed in their wallet, maybe you can just enter UcoinX11 address and transfer coins without problems, as if they were mined on x11? I would try that...

This coin X11(we relaunch coin). Coins on C-CEX and web wallet were exchanged automatically. If you will send me to pm your wallet.dat, I can exchange coins and send them to you UCoinX11 address. Hi Dev, You did good job. But Web wallet trading is unsatisfactory. When i login to web wallet. Every time, I input trading API. Why doesn't server remember it? If server has private API then more usefull. We do not save API KEY on server for user privacy. Why some people still mining X15 Ucoin?
Coins are mined after 146K block will not exchanged.
Good luck.

The snapshot doesn't show transaction ID. Check the transaction ID's with block explorer: http://ucoin.explorer.ssdpool.com:9124. If you don't find them, then you would need to contact ocminer (Suprnova operator), for him to check his logs. But as far as I can see, now there are no fork issues, Suprnova, all wallets and explorers are on the same page. This new x11 block chain seems to work much better than the old x15 one. EDIT: however Aikapool seems to work now on a different fork!! @AikaPool: Please fix this!

Why there are such deviations in a wallet?

Hi, any! I apologize for delay.
I restart daemons on servers. Two nodes are available(n1.ucoin.name and n2.ucoin.name).
About fork: Please resync blockchain on wallets. If the fork again, we made hardfork. Good luck.

As far as I can see, you added Transactions list and About. Those are welcome additions, but could I suggest few small, but important things to add to the wallet to make it more user-friendly and useable? Those are: 1. Ability to minimize the window to the tray. Wallet is something to be run in background, user don't need it to take much space when minimized, so it would be better to have it in the tray area as a small icon. 2. Ability to copy the address is missing! I can see the UCoin address, but there is no way to copy it to paste somewhere! The only way to copy it, is to go to the Web Uwallet There may be other usability suggestions, but these are for the beginning

Is the new wallet a mandatory update? Or can you still keep using UCoin version v1.0.0.0?
The coin Dev will tell better, but I am sure the update is not mandatory. It is the same wallet, just with two new buttons added at the bottom.

Answer t your question is not easy, and is not obvoius.. If you run miner for a long time, it should be the same whether you run it in a pool with big hashrate, or small one. Thats what theory says, and it should be the same for any coin, not only ucoin. I cannot be 100% sure, but as far as I understand, in practice it depends on how big hashrate your miner has compared to the whole hashrate of the coin. If your hashrate is big enough, you could want to mine at pool with lower number of miners and lowe hashrate. If you hashrate is small, better to mine at the pool with the most hashrate, so you can resolve some blicks together with other (bigger) miners. Again, that is just my assumptions, I may be wrong in them...

Yes, this is pretty confusing. The same for usnake - it asks for user/password, but it is unclear where do you get them from. I suppose the right way is to sign up first in web wallet, then to log in using those credentials both to uwallet ant to usnake. At least this is what I did, and it worked

There is also someone mining ucoins with big hashrate from either private pool or solo. Network hashrate is about twice higher than suprnova+aikapool hashrate, and is much higher than is dictated by current price... Looks like some miner expecs ucoin to pump again

I tried two different email address/password and it did not work either time. I just did this all once again to test it (with my another email address), and it worked beautifully. Steps are: 1. Go to Web uWallet, press "Sign up", enter any email address belonging to you, and any password (not the password of the email account!) 2. Login to the email client, find the confirmation mail, press confirmation link, then log in when redirected to webwallet. 3. Download the Windows uWallet (I use Windows PC), enter the email address and password. Do not press enter (it woesnt work, BTW, so this is a bug ), then click on "Sign In" button. 4. It gives a message box saying something like "successfully authorozed" and voila, you get the same address as in webWallet. Maybe you missed the point 2?

Hi, Thanks for your dedication UCoinTeam. Out of the last few projects I invested in this is one of the only ones I don't regret. Keep up the good work! Thank you, it's very motivating. When I started, and a lot of people to write "scam ICO", "scam coin" desire to do anything is disappear. There is someone who always wants to be first in line to buy UCoins.
There is also someone mining ucoins with big hashrate from either private pool or solo. Do not press enter (it woesnt work, BTW, so this is a bug )... After couple days I will make update and adding possibility of authorization by clicking on enter and add "Sign up" button to wallets. Good luck.

Update UWallet for Windows to version 1.1.2. Added "Sign up" button. This button is very useful, but "Sign in" and "Sign up" buttons look very similiar (and its easy to confuse them), however they carry completely different functions. As someone who designed UI before, I would suggest to have a link instead of a button, saying "Don't have an account? Sign up now" or "No account? Sign up" (if you want it to be shorter). That would be more intuitive and correct.

Pool restarted. Thanks for the speedy resonse ocminer. This time I would prefer ocminer to be slower to react... I just hired few expensive rigs to mine on Aikapool, as Suprnova was down and the diff was low, then boom Suprnova is up and diff skyrocketed... wasted hash/money.. Is there any other promising x11 coin now, to redirect the rigs..? BTW, Nicehash does not work with Aikapool - cannot connect to the Ucoin port by some reason. Not sure if Aikapool owner will be fast to react too , but he would have better look into this, as he loses miners because of that.

As someone who designed UI before, I would suggest to have a link instead of a button, saying "Don't have an account? Sign up now" or "No account? Sign up" (if you want it to be shorter). That would be more intuitive and correct. Just to be clear on this. I mean instead of this: put this: Sorry for my Painbrush skills Just wanted to illustrate the idea..

Good idea, corrected in the next update. One and a half or two weeks planning several updates/releases.
