Extractcoin itself is less than 24 hours old, we understand everyone is most likely used to mining a new crypto currency to dumping it on an exchange and moving on. But here at Extractcoin that is not our mission nor goal.

We want to expand slowly but steadily to ensure that things are done right and to eliminate the whole "pump and dump" mentality.

We understand that the community would like some options of trading and they will come, but like we said it is ultimately upto the demand of the community.

There is only so much we can do (e.g make exchanges aware of us if they haven't noticed us already). If the community wants Extractcoin listed on an exchange they will ask them to list it as that what exchanges are for (to serve the customer).

Like we stated earlier  we aren't even 24 hours old yet and are still in our infancy and ironing out any bugs that have arisen so far.

If your coin doesn't get onto an exchange pretty quickly nobody will mine it for long...

Well all I know is I made some attempts to contact Bittrex, Cryptsy, Poloniex, Bter, Allcoin, Allcrypt about XTR and adding it to their exchanges so I would suggest that other people looking for a place to trade this coin do the same

Thanks for that! Rest assured we have contacted them ourselves, as we are trying to provide what you the community want, but like we stated before they add altcoins based on demand so show them the demand

The first thing our list is getting a build to change the chainid for merge mining (it is working fine now), then there are a range of things we are researching/developing for example; customizable clients (mobile and desktop), i2p integration or similar and transaction methods.

Those are just a few off the top of my head, but we would love to hear what you would all like to see!

Well with the scarcity of this coin I would think that 3 BTC would easily be made back after getting listed on Bittrex

The current seed nodes are load balanced and are rather overloaded with new people downloading the block chain so they are reaching their limits.
This will be rectified in the next build as we update and expand the nodes to ensure network security.

I am up to 4 connections.. weird tbh
