unable to withdraw BTC from 796 no response from support over 24 hours

Currently when I try to withdraw BTC from 796 I get an error saying unable to withdraw BTC at this time.

After the recent hack this has me very concerned.

I need my BTC and have opened 2 tickets first one status important 2nd status critical. Now over 24 hours with no response.

Just a heads up for people.

if this is exchange very legit it should be not a problem even they says they have been hacked you can withdraw your balance anytime
but you should be do not store you coins too long only in one exchange because there some exchange potentially to be a scam and never
trust 100% to every exchange
