www.netellertobitcoins.blogspot.com same as above but they got the higher rate.
3.
www.wm-center.es does not accept paypal, neteller in buying btc but are great with good wonderful fees.
i was scammed when i was a guest here but since then i learnt my lessons and in other forums am not new only that am new here. the sites above are sites i deal with and they are good companies, registered service and the best especially the number one and two. sorry if you don't like this message. if it helps thank me later.
