I contacted PayIvy now, it's probably a problem on their side. Are you sure that you sent the BTC to the correct address?

Edit: Also I can't see a transaction ID at all. Looks like they didn't processed it, or you sent to a wrong address. I will notify you as soon as I get a reply from them.

I will try to explain this madness with Payivy.

User cyclops bought 3 keys, he made BTC payment, he received a confirmation email, but Payivy DIDN'T delivered him the keys. Also the remaining keys on Payivy were the same after his order.
Edit: I'm refunding him in my expense

User theerachate ordered 14 keys and didn't received anything. As you can see the remaining keys in Payivy page are the same.

The problem is that Payivy doesn't have a live support, I can only contact them via email.

I'm writing them an email now, if they don't resolve this during next day, I will send you keys in my expense, again, I'm sorry about this. Will never use Payivy again.

I got the cofirmation email that I paid but not the one with the keys so basically still havent recieve any keys yet
