I contacted PayIvy now, it's probably a problem on their side. Are you sure that you sent the BTC to the correct address? Edit: Also I can't see a transaction ID at all. Looks like they didn't processed it, or you sent to a wrong address. I will notify you as soon as I get a reply from them. |

I will try to explain this madness with Payivy. User cyclops bought 3 keys, he made BTC payment, he received a confirmation email, but Payivy DIDN'T delivered him the keys. Also the remaining keys on Payivy were the same after his order. Edit: I'm refunding him in my expenseUser Mitchełł ordered a key, everything was fine, he received it. User theerachate ordered 14 keys and didn't received anything. As you can see the remaining keys in Payivy page are the same. Edit: They sent it to him.2 more users ordered and they received their keys. The problem is that Payivy doesn't have a live support, I can only contact them via email. I'm writing them an email now, if they don't resolve this during next day, I will send you keys in my expense, again, I'm sorry about this. Will never use Payivy again. just purchased 14 keys and no email from payivy... whats up?
