PriceofLitecoin.com can be used to make an easy price ticker with links to buy LTC (as was my original plan)

The domain is an EMD on google (as people want to find out what the price of litecoin is - no explanation of this necessary).

Auction will end in 7 days on 8th February at 12:01:00 PM by forum clock.

Starting price is $20, increments in $10.

As to the bid from MineHard not only is $10 below the starting bid but you're not a member or above so your bid is invalid.

This could easily be monetised and I expect this domain to sell for a good amount of BTC

I've sold over $5000 of domains since June so I understand what makes a domain valuable or not valuable

I will have to decline your offer since the .pw extension doesn't have a lot of value in my opinion.

As to PR1 there is not a single domain out there for 'price of Litecoin' since it is an exact match and a .com extension as I'm sure you're aware.

I would take  35%-45% of monthly revenue and you just need to get quality hosting
