As lot of people come get and hide after getting loans, and accounts of no value, the value of accounts as collateral is very low. If you read lenders threads, the loanable amount is very low. Keep trying. Good luck. Check with marco first.

I wouldn't be able to lend you anything with that level of collateral.

Considering that it is a free market another lender could give you as much as they wanted for that collateral, however I would say it would be sensible to lend no more then .045 for that collateral, but that is just my opinion.
