Yes,you will lose the neg feedback if you repay the loan,only a neutral feedback would be left. You can simple buy the bitcoins on localbitcoins or a exchange? The value you need to repay is 0.13 btc ($31),it isn't big money... |

Yes it is very strange, maybe he will repay the loan. It is insane "lose" a forum account for a loan of 0.10 btc (with 30% of interest). I will remove the negative feedback once he will repay the loan. |

Gambling is bad in itself but gambling on a loan is even worse. You will most likely be labeled as a gambler even if you pay him back. |
