No, only admins can change it for you though they rarely do. What are you wanting to change it for/to?

The simplest way is to make yourself a new account. You could also change the name yourself if you are a VIP or a mod.

We are here but we can't do anything. You should open a new account or donate 50BTC to change username. There is no other possible way to change it. Theymos is extremely busy and he won't help you about this minor situation.

They rarely change names, just say what you want your name to be in your main thread, and they might change it.

OP could also try to become a staff, as staff members are allowed to change their display name.

Well, the best solution is to probably make a new account. Your account's rank isn't that high, and you'd be able to get it back to Jr. Member within a few weeks.

Staffs can change their display name but not their username. Not only staffs, all others can also use special characters AFAIK.
